Product Overview

The stainless steel cylindrical water tank is a high-performance water storage equipment specially designed for domestic water supply, fire water storage and industrial circulating water scenarios. Adopting an integrated vertical cylindrical design, it features uniform pressure distribution, low wind load, no dead corners for cleaning and no sediment accumulation. Its fully sealed structure fundamentally prevents secondary water pollution, making it widely applicable to residential buildings, commercial complexes, office buildings, hotels, schools, factories and mining enterprises. It is currently a mainstream water storage solution that balances practicality and durability in water supply systems.

Core Material & Craftsmanship

The main body of this tank series is custom-made from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel plates. For coastal high-chlorine environments or special water storage requirements, SUS316L stainless steel is available as an upgrade option. All materials fully comply with the national GB/T 3280 standard for cold-rolled stainless steel sheets, with chromium content ≥18.5% and nickel content ≥8.2%, ensuring excellent corrosion and aging resistance from the material level.
In the production process, the precision integrated molding technology is adopted, paired with microcomputer-controlled pulse argon arc welding for circumferential and longitudinal seams, which ensures uniform and leak-free welds. The interior of the tank is reinforced with stainless steel tension bars and support columns of the same material, greatly enhancing the overall structural strength to withstand full water load without deformation for a long time. Polyurethane integral foam insulation layer is optional, which can limit the 24-hour temperature drop within 4℃ at 25℃ ambient temperature, meeting special needs such as hot water storage and anti-freezing insulation.

Accessories & Services
